We meet for our first yoga class of the day, which is a grounding and energizing practice meant to awaken the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart, after enjoying a revitalizing cup of herbal tea. Each class, guided by one of our qualified instructors, combines breath awareness, mindful movement, and dynamic asana to help you develop balance, strength, and flexibility on and off the mat.
